Cytek Systems Announces Successful Technology agreement for the VQm® cardio-pulmonary monitor with the Hainan-Heyer Group to continue its development and Commercialization from its central operations in China and Germany

Awni Ayoubi, Founder and President of Cytek / MTI Systems and previously the principal founder and Co-Developer of the GlideScope® Video Laryngoscope product and other significant ventures and conversion technology developments, is pleased to announce the conclusion of an agreement concerning the VQm® technology with the Hainan-Heyer Group — a globally recognized manufacturer and supplier in the fields of medical care, health, and biotechnology, with products covering anesthesia machine, ventilator, sleep apnea, oxygen therapy, other.
This strategic development followed Cytek’s acquisition of the VQm®’s proprietary technology and related assets from Rostrum Medical in 2024.
After an extended period of diligence and negotiation, Cytek concluded a comprehensive agreement with Hainan-Heyer; known for its versatile R&D capabilities and global footprint, including operations in China, Germany, USA, Indonesia and other, is now positioned to conclude product development and future ventilator integration of the multi-utility VQm® technology.
